CRNA Locum Opportunity – Flagstaff, AZ

Start Date: September 2025 (ongoing assignment)
Contract Duration: September 2025 – January 2026 with option to extend
Schedule:
• Shifts may include: 7:00a–3:00p, 7:00a–5:00p, 7:00a–7:00p, or 3:00p–11:00p
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Shifts and days are auto-assigned via scheduling software — no shift preferences can be accommodated

Facility Details:
• Location: Hospital setting
• Hospital Size: 317 beds
• Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
• Daily Case Volume: 50–60 cases per day
• Specialties Covered: Orthopedics, ortho trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
• EMR Systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required (CRNA)
• Licensure: Arizona license required prior to start; time available to obtain if not currently held
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS (required)
• DEA / CSR: Not required
• Experience: Must have recent hospital-based experience
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30 days
