Job description

• Start Date: August 4, 2025
• Contract: Ongoing
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Call: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM, every 4th night (no weekend call)
• Case Types: ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular
• Supervision: MDs
• Skills Required: Proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
• Caselogs: Required for spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Team: 5 providers during the day
• ORs: 6
• EMR: Medaxion
• Credentialing: 60–90 days (Temps available with clean record)
• License/Certs: Active license, PALS required
• Additional Notes: Lodging provided. Must be Board Certified. No trauma or OB. Slower-paced site, close to Las Vegas. If OB not included, spinal/epidural/block proficiency not required—note in submission.
