Phoenix, AZ – CRNA Locum Need

Job description

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract: 3 months ongoing (July & August needs)
• Shift: 4x10s, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-min unpaid lunch); will consider 3x12s
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, no call, no OT
• Case Types: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spine/head), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma
• Supervision: 100% medically directed care team model
• Volume: 3–5 outpatient surgeries/day; 10–12 endo cases/day
• Patient Population: Adult–Geriatric
• EMR: EPIC
• Setting: Hospital
• Credentialing: 60–90 days
• License/Certs: Active AZ license, BLS, ACLS; Board Certified; 1–3 years’ experience
• Travel: Full travel & lodging covered
