• Start Date: August 4, 2025
• Contract: Ongoing
• Shifts: 8-hour days (7:00 AM–3:00 PM), plus nights/weekends/call (no call at Sahuarita)
• Call Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
• Case Types: General, Neurosurgery, Complex Ortho, Complex Vascular (not open heart)
• Skills Required: Vent management, acute volume/BP control, peripheral nerve blocks (must provide caselogs; training not provided)
• Patient Population: Adults
• EMR: Cerner
• ORs: 4
• Providers Needed: 2
• Credentialing: 90 days
• License/Certs: Active AZ license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Board Certified
• Notes: Must not live within 60 miles of the facility
