Job description

• Start Date: September 8, 2025
• Contract Length: September 8 – January 11
• Shifts: Vary (7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, 3p–11p), ~40 hrs/week
• Schedule: Software-generated, cannot request specific shifts
• Case Types: Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, Endo
• Volume: 50–60 cases/day
• ORs: 11 main, 2 ambulatory
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Facility Size: 317 beds
• Experience Required: Recent hospital experience
• Interview: Phone interview with Dr. Weiss
• Credentialing: 30 days
• License/Certs: AZ license required before start, BLS or ACLS, Board Certified
• OT: Only after scheduled shift—not guaranteed weekly or after 40 hrs
