Assignment Overview:
Location: Arizona
Start Date: September 29, 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Pay Rate: $210+/hr
Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours plus call

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and take call

Clinical Details:
Patient Volume: ~5 patients per shift
Patient Population: Adults only
Department: 4 operating rooms
Support Staff: Yes
EMR: Cerner

Licensure: Must live outside 60 miles from the facility

Providers Needed: 2 CRNAs

Required Skills:
Independent practice
General Anesthesia
Peripheral nerve blocks
Ventilation management
Acute volume/BP management
Neurosurgical, spinal, complex vascular (excluding open heart), and orthopedic cases
