CRNA Needed in AZ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 4x12's. Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Work details:
· Patients per shift: 5
· Patient population/age: adult
· EMR: Cerner
· Bed in department: 4 ORs
· Skills required: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks, General Anesthesia, adult, Neurosurgical cases, spine, Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
· Inpatient

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
