Shift Options: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Approx. 40 hours per week
Shifts and days are auto-assigned by scheduling software

Practice Setting: Hospital
Hospital Size: 317 beds
Operating Rooms: 11 ORs in the main hospital, 2 in the ambulatory center
Volume: 50–60 cases per day
Case Types: Ortho, ortho trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Requirements:
Board Certification: NBCRNA
Licensure: Active Arizona license
Certifications: BLS or ACLS (required)
Experience: Recent hospital experience required
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
