CRNA Needed in AZ:
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Length: 4 months with option for extension; Flexible
Schedule: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p or 3p-11p. 40 hours per week
Work details:
• Will license!
• Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
• Department description: Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital bed size: 317

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
