SAH – 7a-5p
June 2 (3), 4 (3), 11 (3), 16 (2), 17 (2), 18, 19 (2)
SAH – 7a-7p
June 3, 5 (3), 6 (3), 9 (2), 10, 12, 16(2), 17 (3), 18 (4), 19, 20, 23, 26
SAN – 7a-5p
June 2 (2), 4
SAN – 7a-7p
June 9 (2)
Ongoing dates will be determined as schedules are released.

Details:
10, 12, and 14 hour shifts during the day, all starts are 7a.
Setting: Inpatient
Trauma Level I
Required Procedures: CRNA working under Anesthesiologist, Epidurals.
SAH case types: Ortho, General surgery, Neurosurgery, and urology
SAN case types: Ortho, spine, and neuro
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: None
Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage
Dealbreakers: Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a CRNA including epidurals.


Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:
The case types seen are ortho, spine, general surgery, neurosurgery, and urology. Are there additional procedures required other than epidurals? What bedside procedures are required? SAH (Ortho, General Surgery, Neuro, and Urology), SAN (Ortho, General Surgery, OBGYN, and urology), no other procedures.
What type of practice model? (There are three types; Medically Directed, Medically Supervised, and Independent) Supervisory Model with an anesthesiologist supervising up to 4 CRNAs at once. The physicians perform the blocks, so no other bedside procedures would be performed.

NBCRNA Certified - Required
Active CO License - Required for Emergency temp privs.
Active ACLS, BLS - Required for credentialing
