Dates available June - December 2025
7 am - 3 pm with call 3 pm - 7 am every other week night
All CRNA Practice
Type of Cases- Endo, Ortho, OB/ GYN, General, Very light healthy Peds, urology, dental
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient- Yes
Number of Providers during the day: 2
Cred Timeframe- 30-60 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
Case Logs Required- Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
Support Staff- 2 other providers (all CRNA practice)
EMR System- EPIC
Licensure- DEA, ACLS, PALS
