Job description
Join a top-tier academic health system in Connecticut as a full-time CRNA. This is a 6-month minimum locum assignment working in a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center with a wide variety of complex surgical cases.
🔹 Highlights:
Flexible Full-Time Schedule: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s | Must be available for Fridays and weekends as needed
Diverse Case Mix: General, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac, GI, ENT, GYN, Healthy Peds & more
Licensure Considered: Willing to license strong candidates | 2+ years CRNA experience required
📋 Assignment Details:
Start Date: October 20, 2025
Contract Length: 6 months (no exceptions)
Shift Options: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 9a–9p
Coverage Needs: Must work 3+ days/week, including potential weekends
Support Staff: Supervised by anesthesiologists
Patient Volume: 10–12/day
EMR: Epic
Setting: Academic training environment
🔧 Required Experience:
Must be proficient and confident handling high-acuity cases across:
General Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery
Gastroenterology, Urology, Gynecology, ENT, Ophthalmology
Healthy Pediatrics
✅ Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA
Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience – no exceptions
BLS + ACLS required
DEA required (CSR not needed)
Clean malpractice and licensure history required
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
Must provide physician references from every previous CRNA role
