Job description

About the Position:

-Level 1 trauma center
-Schedule: 12-hour shifts
-Must be comfortable with pediatric trauma
-Medical supervision, 1:2
-Bilingualism is not required but is preferred
-Board certification required

About the Benefits:

-Competitive pay based on experience + RVUs: 250k for experienced, new grad 210-220k
-RVU: Up to 7k annually in performance
-Merit annual comp increases of 2.5% of hourly

-$2k + 10 days for CMEs
