Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 3 months with a possibility of extend at a facility in Fort Myers, FL.

Shift: 5x8 or 4x10 non consecutive only. 40 GWW.
Medical Direction model.
Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals: No.
Will cross credential at 4 sites.
Types of cases: General, Endo.
EMR: Epic.
Credentialing: Emergency credentialing.
Start: Need starts by July 14
