Job description

CRNA needed in Florida. MUST BE OUT OF STATE

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing, 2 weeks per month

Position Details:
Shift Length: 8, 10, or 12 hours per day
Schedule: Must offer call coverage, including one weekend day every other month
Minimum Hours: 30 hours/week, including call and weekends (hours not guaranteed beyond scheduled hours)
Privileging Time: 60-90 days for approval

Compensation:
Max pay rate of $220/hour plus travel & lodging reimbursements (with receipts)
Medical Malpractice Insurance covered

Candidate Requirements:
OUT OF STATE APPLICANTS ONLY: No Florida providers; FL license required prior to submission
Availability: Must participate in call, nights, and weekends (not a day-only schedule)
Other: Must obtain FL license within 2-3 weeks for timely placement

Procedures & Cases:
Case Types: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Vascular, Eyes, Urology, Neuro, EP, Plastics, OBGYN, Thoracic, ENT, OMFS, Pain Management, GI
Majority of Cases: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Eyes, Urology, Neuro, GI
Trauma: Level II Trauma, no hearts, no OB, no peds

Work Environment:
Site Coverage: 9 sites total (6 ORs with Trauma, 2 Endo, 1 Cath/Neuro/IR)
Physician Coverage: 3-4 physicians and 9 APPs daily, coverage until 3pm-7pm depending on site
