CRNA – Cape Coral–Fort Myers Metro Area, FL
• Start Date: 9/8/2025 (Emergency credentialing)
• End Date: 3/8/2026
• Schedule: 5×8-hour shifts, Mon–Fri | No weekends, no call
• Rate: $185/hr + Travel & Lodging
• Cases: General and Endoscopy
• Model: Medical direction
• EMR: Epic
• Length: 6 months
Requirements:
• Active Florida license
• 2+ years’ experience
• Resume, RTO, schedule request, tentative start date, and travel/expenses details with submission
Reimbursement Policy:
• Cap on lodging:
o Jan–Mar: $250/night all-inclusive
o Rest of year: $150/night all-inclusive
o Economy car rental covered
o No AirBNB unless cost ≤ average hotel rate including all fees
o Can spend more, but reimbursement only up to cap
