Supervision: By MDs
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
Number of providers during the day: 4
Number of ORs: 5
EMR System: Medaxion
Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS
