Assignment Overview:
📅 Start Date: 11/03/2025
📆 Contract Length: 6–12 months (continuous coverage preferred)
🕒 Schedule: 40 hours/week, varying between 8s, 10s, and 12s
📞 Call: 1 weekend call shift/month & 2 weeknight call shifts/month

Clinical Details:
👥 Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (90%+ over age 12)
🏥 Operating Rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
🛏 Hospital Size: 378 beds
🔪 Case Types: GYN, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, interventional radiology, MRI
🚫 No: burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, OB
💉 Procedures: CRNAs do not perform their own regional blocks; do perform spinal blocks; occasional arterial lines (optional); no epidurals or central lines
📋 Model: Supervision-based anesthesia, max 4:1 ratio; independent model available at another campus (with OB) if preferred
