CRNA Needed in Chicago, IL - willing to license!

Start Date: 8/4/2025
Contract Length: 26 weeks with option for extension
Schedule: 4x10 (7a-530p), minimum of 3 weeks per month but prefer 4 weeks
CRNAs always supervised, must well versed in MAC and general aesthesia
MUST have EPIC experience

IL license required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 3.5-4 mo
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
