Job description

CRNA Needed in IL:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8/hour shifts plus OB call. Various dates of coverage needed
Work details:
- PEDs, General, Ortho, URO, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry / Additional Cases: CARDIAC, ENDO and VAS, GYN and Pain Mgmt.
- Must be proficient in blocks
- EMR System: Epic

IL License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
