Job description

We’re currently staffing a locum Anesthesiologist at a well-established, team-oriented hospital in Quincy, Illinois with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and no call. This is a long-term opportunity with a collaborative care team model, supportive CRNAs, and a culture that keeps providers coming back for years.

📍 Facility: InPatient + surgery center
🗓️ Start Date: August 4, 2025 (or ASAP)
📋 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• No call
• 8-hour shifts
• Unpaid lunch (but they provide a free hot lunch daily!)

💼 Practice Details:
• Care team model – typically 3 CRNAs per 1 MD
• 60 cases/day across hospital + surgery center
• Mix of cases: Ortho, ENT, general, trauma (Level II), OB, neuro, peds (low acuity only), urology, plastics
• No PICU, NICU, or cardiac
• EMR: Allscripts (Epic launching in 2026)
• 140-bed facility, 9 ORs

✅ Requirements:
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• IL License or IMLC
• Open to supervising CRNAs
• Comfortable with all ages (healthy peds only)
• Credentialing: ~6–8 weeks once file is submitted
