CRNA – 2wks on/2wks off – Northern Iowa

Job description

• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Day shift: 7a–3p / Call: 3p–7a
• On call every night while working, and weekend in between
• 30 min response time for call
• Start date: as soon as credentials are issued
• Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

• Any supervision: All CRNA practice
• Type of cases required: ENDO, Peds, Ortho, ENT, General, Vascular, Pain Management, OB/GYN, Podiatry
* 125 OB cases last year – most call cases were OB/ENDO; OB case experience required
* 10+ years of age healthy peds
• Spinals, blocks, epidurals – must be proficient: Yes
• Case logs required: Yes – proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
• Number of providers during the day: 1 (PRN CRNA works with you on Monday and Wednesday)
