CRNA – 3x12s – Northern Illinois

Schedule:
• 3x12s – 7a–7p (30-min unpaid lunch)
• Occasional 4th shift may be offered but not guaranteed
• Contract length: 13 weeks with potential to extend
• Start date: as soon as credentials are issued
• Credentialing timeframe: 3.5–4 months

Other Details:
• Minimum 2 years CRNA experience required
• Must provide all RTO upfront
• Orientation is brief (1 day, may extend to 2–3 days)
• Must provide one supervisor reference at time of submission – facility will call before offer

• All CRNA practice under supervision – never independent
• $375/day travel allowance for each day worked (3x12s per week)
• EPIC required – must have at least 2 years of experience
• Adult cases; peds and neuro experience a plus
• No OB, thoracic, or hearts required
• Large anesthesia team – 19–23 anesthesiologists, 10–20 CRNAs scheduled per day
• Department covers 50 anesthetizing sites per day
• Avg daily census: 4–8 cases
• Willing to license in IL (must submit full application within 10 days of offer acceptance)
