Providers must be willing to take call, proficient on blocks, spinals, epidurals, ensure they are not restricted to the cases that are required

Not supervising. CRNAs and MDs have the same autonomy. CRNAs work independently. MD's handle the podiatry cases

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

• Ongoing for 6 months
• Call Required
• CCase types: ~2800 cases per year, mostly general, Ortho, OB (~275 deliveries/year). GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
