Job description

CRNA Needed in Indiana:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 7a-3p / Call hours: 3p-7a. (OR Call is from home / OB Call is in house)
Work details:
- Type of cases required: Cardiac, ORTHO, ENDO, GEN, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, PEDs, Urology, Acute Pain Mgmt., Trauma (NO OB, yet)
- Supervision: MDs onsite - little to no supervision
- EMR System: Cerner

IN License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
