Any supervision: All CRNA Practice
Rotation: 2on, 2off - Ongoing coverage needed
Daily Model: 3 CRNA's daily, 1 OB CRNA (covered) and 2 OR CRNAs.
Types of Cases Required: General, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT,
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - required
Number of OR's: 4
EMR: Epic

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days BLS, PALS, KS Patient Comp fund
