Job description

CRNA Needed in Lexington, KY:

Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 19-26 weeks
Shift Details: 4 x 10 (No Weekends, No Call; M – T or T – F)
Schedule: Full-Time; 0630AM – 0530PM (1/2-hour lunch) ; MUST be available 3 weeks/month
Facility will also consider 4x10, 5x10, 3x12, 4x12, 5x12
Will be directed by Anesthesiologist, Level 1 Trauma Center

Requirements:

KY License required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
