7a -3p/ Call hours: 3p - 7a

Call Scheduled: Call every night of first week, including weekend in between two week stint.

Call Response Time: 30 mins

All CRNA practice

Types of cases required: Endo, Gyn, General, Urology

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Number of providers during the day: 2

EMR System: Cerner

Additional Facts Regarding Site: Rectous Sheaths, QL blocks, Femoral Adductor Canal Blocks, Tap blocks, Interscalene blocks,



Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
