• Start Date: September 2025
• Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:30am – 3:30pm) – 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off
• Practice Setting: Critical Access Hospital
• Patient Volume: 18–20 adult patients/day
• Department: Lab & x-ray onsite; trauma/referrals managed via Connect
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills: General, regional, and local anesthesia; blocks; general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, vascular, GYN, ortho
• Must be Board Certified
• ACLS & BLS Required
• DEA Required
• Willing to License
• Willing to Cover Travel
