- Cases: ENT, General surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry and some plastic surgery procedures.
- Dates needed: June 24, July 7, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 21, 29, 30, 31
- Ages seen: 1 - adult
- CRNA only practice
- $190/hr + mileage
