• Start Date: September 2025
• Shift Schedule: 7:00am – 4:00pm (Call Hours: 4:00pm – 7:00am)
o September 8, 19, 29
o October 2-3
o November 3-7, 10-16
o December 10-12, 16-17, 22-24, 26
o January 16-18 (Call Only), 19-25, 26-February 1
o February 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-March 1
o March 2-8, 9-15, 16-20, 23-29, 30-April 3
o April 6–12, 13–19, 20–26, 27–May 1
o May 4–8, 11–15, 18–24, 25–31
o June 1–7, 8–12, 15–19, 22–26, 29–July 5
• Call Schedule: Every 4th night, 45-min response time
• All CRNA practice (no supervision)
• Case Types: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry (no OB)
• Skills Required: Proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals (caselogs required)
• EMR: EPIC
• ACLS, BLS, & PALS Required
• DEA & CSR Required
• Active MI License Required
