Work Details:
· Patient population/age: adult, pediatric, neonatal
· Providers Requested: 3
· EMR: Paper Charting
· Provider must be 90+ miles from facility
· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex orthopedic, pain management techniques, post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks, epidural steroid for lumbar, epidural steroid for cervical, transforaminal, Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement, MUST work without supervision and be proficient in blocks
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active MO License Only
· CSR: Yes
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
