Job description

Type of cases required: Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cataracts, General; Peds (1 yr and up)

Supervision: All CRNA practice

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days (Temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history, and active, unrestricted license)

Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

# of providers during the day 3, number of ORs 3, Number of Endo Rooms 3

EMR System: Epic

Licenses: ACLS, PALS
-DEA/CSR (REQUIRED)
