Job description

Start:
• 7/21/2025 or as soon a credentialed

Schedule:
• 8a-5p, M-F
• On Call required

Work Details:
• Patient Population/Age: 2 years +
• Practice Setting: Hospital, Trauma Level 4, 2 OR rooms, 2 Endo suites.
• EMR: EPIC
• Patients Per Day: In the OR: 65 – 80 procedures, In Endo: 100-130 procedures per month
• Procedures: Peds, ENT, Gen Surg, Podiatry, Ophthalmology (cataracts once per month), Ortho Surgery (small procedures carpal tunnels, rotator cuff, all outpatient) Endo (EGD, Colon, ERCP,EGD)

Credentialing Timeframe: Can complete within 30 days
