CRNA – Locum Tenens (1099)
Location: Grants, NM
Start Date: September 9, 2025
Length: 13 weeks (specific coverage dates listed below)
Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
Coverage: Scheduled + On Call

Schedule

Standard: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Call Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Call Frequency: Every other night and every other weekend

Call Response: 20 minutes

Sept 27–29

Oct 25–27

Nov 10

Dec 22 – Jan 4

Practice Details

Facility Type: Critical Access

Model: Independent CRNA practice (no supervision)

Providers on Site: 2 during the day

Case Types: Ortho, Gynecology, OB (fewer than 200 deliveries/year), Dental, Podiatry

Procedures: Must be proficient with spinals, blocks, epidurals

Endo Rooms: 0

EMR: Cerner

Requirements

Board Certification: Required

Licensure: Active New Mexico license required (DEA + CSR)

Case logs: Required

Credentialing: 30–60 days

Temporary privileges available with clear background/malpractice history and active unrestricted license

7a–3p schedule with every other night/weekend call

Coverage dates: Sept 9–12, Sept 27–29, Oct 25–27, Nov 10, Dec 22–Jan 4

Variety of cases: Ortho, OB (low volume), GYN, Dental, Podiatry

Must be skilled with spinals, blocks, and epidurals

30–60 day credentialing (temps available for clean files)

2 providers on-site, Cerner EMR
