Anesthesiologists take first call, while two CRNAs are on backup call, though call participation is not mandatory. The EMR system used is Cerner. Case types include General, ENT, Ortho, Vascular, Cath Lab, Urology, OB/GYN, GI, Basic Pediatrics, and Regionals. The practice follows a Care Team Model with 6 ORs plus a urology room, staffed by 7 anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs.
