Locum CRNA Opportunity – Toledo, OH Region
Assignment Start: June 23 or as soon as credentialed
Location: Metro Toledo, OH
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice: Covered

Schedule Options:
• 5x8s (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts)
• 4x10s (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts)
• Will also consider 3 days/week availability

Practice Setting:
• Hospital-based
• CRNAs are supervised

Case Mix & Volume:
• No Hearts, Heads, Neonates, or OB
• Prefer providers comfortable with Pediatrics (not required)
• 2–15 cases/day depending on site

Requirements:
• Board Certified CRNA
• Active State License (or ability to obtain)

• EMR: EPIC
• Flexible scheduling (3x12s, 4x10s, pr 5x8s)
• No hearts, heads, OB or Neonates!
