CRNA needed in OH:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 3x8 hour shifts per week
Work Details: Bread and butter cases! NO heads/hearts/trauma. Peds ENT cases only. Occasional OB cases

OH License NOT Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
