• Start Date: November 2025
• Shift Schedule: Schedule and On Call Required
o Monday – Friday (7:00am – 3:00pm)
o Call every 4th night and 5th weekend in rotation but wide open for start-up phase
• Case Volume: ~3,800/year
• Mostly: Endo, Ortho (joints & spines), Peds Dental, OB (415 deliveries, 160 C-sections, no VBACs)
• Also: General, Urology, Pain Mgmt, Gyn, ENT, Podiatry
• OB & General Surgery expected to increase
• Must be Board Certified
• DEA Required
• CSR Required
• One Year of Experience Required
• Active OK License Required
