CRNA Need in Western Oklahoma

Job description

Region: Western Oklahoma (~112 miles west of Oklahoma City, approximately 1 hour 45 minutes drive)
Start Date: Target start September 2 (alternative start dates possible: Sept 8, Sept 15, or Oct 27)
Assignment: Ongoing, with minimum 3-month commitment (flexible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 am–3 pm
• Call Rotation:
o Week 1: Mon, Fri, Sat
o Week 2: Sun, Wed
o Week 3: Tue, Thu
o Then 5 weeks off!

Practice & Requirement Highlights:
• Setting: Independent CRNA model (3 CRNAs daily)
• Cases: GI sedation, Orthopedics, Eyes, ENT, Dental Restoration, General, GYN, OB
• Required Skills: Regional blocks, epidurals, C-sections
• Charting: Paper-based
• Experience: 1 year
• Licensing Requirements (All Must Be Active):
o OK Medical License
o Prescriptive Authority
o OBNDD Registration
o OK DEA
• Credentialing: Within 3 weeks; temp privileges available
• Decision Timeline: Name clear & presentation, followed by PIV with James Stockman — decision within 24 hours

Compensation
Rate: $235/hr + Travel & Lodging (reimbursement with receipts required)
