**Duration**: September 1, 2025 - 6 months
**Coverage Type**: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
**Schedule/Coverage Need**: 4x10-hour shifts per week, 1 weekday call per week and 1 weekend per month

**Opportunity Highlights**:
- Critical Access Hospital with 3 ORs plus Cysto and Endoscopy Suite
- Average 5-20 cases/day across 2-4 rooms
- Epic EMR
- Autonomous practice: 1 MD + 4 CRNAs
- Call includes OB cases (proficiency in OB required)
- Cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy peds, urology, OB/GYN, endoscopy
- No heads, hearts, or spines

**Skills Needed**:
- Spinals
- Epidurals
- OB anesthesia
- Endoscopy
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Ultrasound-guided procedures
- PICC line (preferred, not required)

• Start / Duration: 09-01-25 launch • 6-month commitment with option to extend
• Schedule: 4 × 10s (Mon-Thu) • Light call (1 weekday + 1 weekend / month)
• Case Mix: Bread-&-butter gen surg, ortho, GI, healthy peds, OB – no hearts/heads/spines
