Autonomous CRNA Opportunity – 4x10s, 6-Month Assignment in Oregon – Housing Provided

Job description

Join a supportive and independent CRNA team at a Critical Access Hospital in beautiful Oregon! This 6-month locum tenens assignment begins September 1st and offers the chance to work in a collaborative, low-drama environment with a manageable case load and flexible schedule.

Assignment Details:
Start Date: September 1st

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts per week

Call: 1 weekday/week & 1 weekend/month (OB proficiency required for call)

Facility Highlights:
Critical Access Hospital

3 ORs + cysto & endoscopy suite

1 Anesthesiologist and 4 autonomous CRNAs

Daily anesthesia coverage: 2–4 rooms

Average 5–20 cases/day (includes endo and cataracts)

Case Mix:
Ortho, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Healthy Pediatrics, and occasional Endoscopy

No Heads, Hearts, or Spine cases

Skills & Procedures Required:
Spinals, Epidurals, OB, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks

Ultrasound-guided procedures

PICC line preferred but not required

EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
Oregon CRNA License

NBCRNA Certification

DEA preferred

COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
