CRNA Needed in La Grande, OR

Job description

MUST HAVE OR LICENSE and be BOARD CERTIFIED, DEA is preferred.

Type: CRNA

Dates: September 1st for 6 months

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per week

Call Ratio: 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month. Must be proficient in OB if taking call.

EMR: EPIC

Required Skills & Procedures: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line not required but preferred.

Types of cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.

Licenses and Certifications: Oregon CRNA license, Board Certification, DEA preferred
