Job description

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

May 27–29
June 2–5, 9–12, 16–19, 23–26
June 30 – July 3
July 7–10, 14–17, 21–24, 28–31
🏥 Practice Setting: Hospital
📊 Facility Info:
Hospital Size: 71 beds
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: 1 anesthesiologist on-site
Daily Volume: Fewer than 20 patients
Patient Population: Primarily adult (pediatrics experience preferred but not required)
🔬 Case Types: General, bread and butter, orthopedics
🚫 No heads, hearts, or OB/maternity cases
✅ Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
State License: Active Pennsylvania license required
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
DEA/CSR: Not required
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
🕒 Credentialing Timeframe: 2–3 weeks (temporary privileges available for providers with a clean background)

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
