Anesthesiology
CRNA needed ASAP in Pennsylvania!
Duration: Minimum 3 months, with ongoing needs
Work Schedule: Primarily 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates ideally available to work five or more days per month, with availability preferred Monday through Friday. Longer shifts are available but not guaranteed.
• All shift lengths available, including:
o 8s: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
o 10s: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
o 12s: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
o 16s: Days 7:00 am – 11:00 pm; Nights 3:00 pm – 7:00 am
o 24-hour shifts: 7:00 am – 7:00 am
Credentialing can take 60-90 days.
Case Types & Environment:
• All surgical subspecialties, including general, thoracic, cardio, transplant, neuro, ortho, GI/GU, GYN, endo, cardiac interventional/EP, high-acuity OB/L&D, neuro interventional, robotics, and overflow trauma (not a designated trauma center).
• CRNAs perform lines, epidurals, and spinals if experienced.
• Typical OR volume: 40-60 cases per day.
• Anesthesia model: Medically directed (no solo work).
• Patients: Adults and healthy pediatric patients.
• No phlebotomy, OT or Trauma cases.
• EMR: Epic.
Requirements:
• BC CRNA only (no board eligible or new grads; minimum 1 year of experience)
• PALS and BLS certifications
• Will consider candidates who need to obtain licensure in PA (licensing process approximately 60-90 days)
• Willing to work at least 5 days per month
Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly rate: $230 + travel & lodging expenses paid (including mileage, airfare, hotel)
• No stipends
• No overtime
Additional Details:
• Not a trauma center but covers multiple ORs, L&D, EP, GI, TEE/CV labs, MRI, and IR locations.
• Collaborative team environment with mixed MD and CRNA staffing, including anesthesia tech support.
