Dates of Coverage: July 2025 - ongoing
Practice Setting: Hospital based
Call Ratio: Yes - If needed it would be 1 weekend in 12 weeks
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 4, but more if GI.
Number of Operating Rooms: 26
Patient Age Demographic: Healthy Peds ENT only, mostly adults

Procedures Required:
General Surgical Cases ADULT, Ventilation Management
Full range of cases except hearts and OB. No regionals or central line placement.
Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate, Hotel
Local Provider - highly preferred

AANA
ACLS
BLS
PALS
