• Start Date: September 2025
• Shift Schedule: Flexible (3 x 13-Hours, 4 x 10-Hours, or 5 x 8-Hours)
• 13 ORs (2 CV), 2 outpatient & 2 inpatient GI suites, 2 Cath labs, 1 IR suite, 1 OB suite, 4-room surgery center, 2-room eye center
• MDs handle interviews, central lines, blocks, induction, and emergence; CRNAs may perform spinals/epidurals if desired
• Case Types: All types except transplants; limited peds at main hospital (healthy peds at surgery center); general, cardiac, ortho, neuro, GYN, urology, podiatry, ENT, endo, robotics
• Active TN License Required
