Locum CRNA needed for surgery center in Salem, VA

Job description

Locum CRNA needed for a surgery center in Salem, VA to start August 1st
Dates: 4-5 days per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday: Cases start 7:30, 7am or earlier if in peds room
8 hr guarantee but days are going to be longer, very busy surgery center
At least a 40 hr week if giving full time
Call: No call, weekends, or holidays
Cases: Endo, Eyes, Ortho, some plastics, GI, ENT, Peds comfortable, proficient providers for ENT and eyes
5 points of service per day, 4 CRNAs, 1 Doc - Docs that are capable – proficient in regional anesthesia, knows how to run a busy center
Credentialing timeframe: 45 days
