CRNA Locum – Fredericksburg, VA Full-Time + Call | Oct Start

Job description

We’re recruiting for a full-time CRNA locum to join the Mary Washington Healthcare Float Pool in Fredericksburg, VA, starting October 20th. This is a 4x10s schedule with call shifts every 8 weeks, covering a mix of hospital and ambulatory settings.

📍 Location: Fredericksburg, VA
🏥 Facility: Mary Washington Healthcare – Float Pool (Mary Washington, Stafford & Ambulatory Center)
🗓️ Start Date: October 20, 2025
📋 Contract Length: 6–12 months preferred
⏳ Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
💰 Rate: $240-250/hr

🕐 Schedule:
• 4x10s per week (40–60 hrs/week guaranteed); Flexible on Shifts 10/12’s
• Schedule released 8 weeks in advance
• 1 call shift per 8-week block required
• Eligible for one holiday Sign up or sign in for contact informationx rate
• Sunday–Saturday coverage model

💼 Clinical Details:
• Float between 3 locations (Main hospital, ASC, satellite OR)
• 4:1 supervision model
• Level II Trauma Center
• Case Mix: OB, thoracic, hearts, ENT, GI, ortho, urology, healthy peds dental/ENT (no transplants)
• Skills Required: Spinals, epidurals (no blocks)
• EMR: Not specified

✅ Requirements:
• NBCRNA Certified
• BLS (AHA required)
• VA License (Highly Preferred)
• Min 1 year experience
