Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care NP / PA to join our team. This is a full-time role of 36 hours/week over 4 days (must include Wednesdays) - with no nights, weekends, or holiday call. The NP/PA will independently manage a patient panel under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician, focusing on comprehensive primary care for adult patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver preventive and chronic care management for a diverse adult patient population
Conduct histories, exams, and diagnostic evaluations; order and interpret labs/imaging
Create evidence-based treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists
Document in eClinicalWorks EMR and maintain high standards of patient communication
Qualifications:
3-5 years of primary care or internal medicine experience required.
Current Massachusetts NP/PA license, DEA certificate, and controlled substances registration
Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner certification, or NCCPA Certification(for PAs)
Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and patient-centered approach.
